These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and of the MIDAS Telegram community, both operated by Bullion Bay LLC ("Bullion Bay", "we", "us"). By using either, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use them.
We provide access to an automated trading system and to a community where our team helps you set it up. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any personal recommendation, and we are not a licensed financial services provider. We never take custody of your money. You open your own trading account, in your own name, with a broker of your choice, and you retain the ability to withdraw your funds and to disconnect the system at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. MIDAS is not offered to residents of the United States, nor anywhere its use would be contrary to local law. You are responsible for checking the law that applies to you.
Your broker, Telegram, Myfxbook and any other third party you use are independent of us and governed by their own terms and their own regulators. We are not responsible for their acts, their outages, their fees or their solvency. Links from this site to third parties are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the system or the community, in whole or in part, at any time. We try to give reasonable notice when we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Do not use the community to solicit others, to sell unrelated products, to impersonate our team, to post misleading performance claims, or to share other people's personal information. We may remove any member who does, without notice.
The MIDAS name, this website, its text and its design belong to Bullion Bay LLC. You may not copy, resell, or present them as your own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the system or the community. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
