1. Who we are, and what MIDAS is

MIDAS is an automated trading system operated by Bullion Bay LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. MIDAS is not a bank, not a broker, not an investment fund and not a licensed financial services provider. We do not hold, receive or manage client money at any time.

MIDAS does not open an account for you and does not have withdrawal rights over your account. Your capital stays in a trading account you open yourself, in your own name, with a broker of your choice. You can close the connection or withdraw your funds at any time, subject to your broker's own terms.

2. Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this website, in the MIDAS Telegram community, or in any material we publish is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a personal recommendation. We do not assess whether any product is suitable or appropriate for you, because we do not know your circumstances, your objectives, your other holdings or your capacity to bear a loss. If you need advice, seek it from a professional licensed in your own country.

3. The specific risks of what MIDAS trades

• Leverage. Gold (XAU/USD) and similar instruments are traded with leverage. Leverage multiplies gains and losses alike. A small adverse move in the underlying market can wipe out a large part of your account, and in some conditions all of it.
• Volatility and gaps. Markets can move sharply, and can reopen at a very different price from where they closed. A stop level is not a guarantee: in fast markets an order can be filled at a worse price than requested, or not at all.
• Automation risk. An automated system can be affected by connectivity loss, broker platform outages, latency, incorrect data, or software faults. Automation removes emotion; it does not remove risk, and it does not guarantee that any particular trade will be taken or exited as intended.
• Concentration. MIDAS trades a small number of markets, gold being the main one. A concentrated strategy can underperform for long periods.
• Broker and counterparty risk. Your funds sit with the broker you chose. The protections that apply depend entirely on that broker's regulator and jurisdiction, not on us. Verify them before you deposit.
• Losing periods are normal. Any trading strategy has drawdowns. A drawdown is not evidence that something has gone wrong, and an absence of drawdown so far is not evidence that none will come.

4. How to read the track record

Our record is published on Myfxbook, an independent third party, precisely so that it is not ours to edit. Read it properly: look at the maximum drawdown and the start date of the record, not only the cumulative gain. A track record shown without its drawdown is misleading, and results achieved on one account over one period do not transfer to another account over another period. Your own result will differ because of your deposit size, your broker's spreads and swaps, your execution, and the moment you start.

5. No promise of any return

We do not promise, project, guarantee or imply any level of profit, income or return. Any figure you see anywhere on this site or in our community is a description of what happened in the past, not a forecast. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking for MIDAS.

6. Where MIDAS is not available

MIDAS is not offered to residents of the United States, and is not offered anywhere its use would be contrary to local law. It is your responsibility to check that using an automated trading system and a foreign broker is lawful where you live, and to declare and pay any tax due on your trading.
